Senior Construction Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing multiple capital construction projects from concept to commissioning, the full-time Senior Construction Manager will manage project execution, ensuring safety, budget adherence, and schedule compliance while collaborating with various stakeholders in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple concurrent construction projects, from initial site assessments to operational handoff
• Oversee vendor bid management, negotiate contracts, and implement standard operating procedures for project workflows
• Ensure compliance with permitting and regulatory requirements, managing all related activities from project inception through final occupancy

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience managing large-scale commercial or industrial construction projects
• Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam Revu, MS Project, CAD, AutoCAD, and Revit
• Extensive experience with permitting, code compliance, and contractor procurement
• Advanced knowledge of construction means and methods across various disciplines including civil, structural, and MEP systems
