Job Summary
To drive operational excellence, the remote Senior Construction Operations Manager will build and manage performance metrics for the Regional Project Manager team, ensuring timely, budget-compliant, and high-quality home modification installations.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the KPI framework for Regional Project Managers, including performance metrics and accountability structures
- Run regular performance reviews with Regional PMs and serve as the escalation point for unresolved issues
- Manage and develop the Regional Project Manager team while standardizing installation tracking across regions
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing a distributed field team in construction or home services
- Proven track record of building KPI frameworks and performance management systems from scratch
- Direct people management experience
- Proficient in using data and dashboards to inform decision-making
- Experience managing teams through periods of change
