Senior Construction Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Lead Construction Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement best practices for network construction and implementation projects
• Coordinate with National Engineering and Regional Construction teams on new service introduction
• Track performance measurements and manage end-to-end network implementation/construction programs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and relevant experience
• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt required; Black Belt preferred)
• Experience applying process improvement in construction, utilities, telecom, energy, or infrastructure installation
• Typically 8+ years of experience in telecommunications, engineering, or network planning
• 5-10 years in construction, infrastructure installation, utilities, or related field operations
