Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years of construction management experience or related skills
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
• Ability to read and understand construction project documents
• General knowledge of various trade and craft processes
