Senior Construction Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Construction Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage multiple project clusters and ensure documentation aligns with contract requirements
• Oversee technical documentation workflows and support design managers throughout all project phases
• Drive process improvements and lead initiatives related to documentation and project tracking

Required Qualifications

• Proven success in design, construction, or project management with knowledge of project lifecycle sequencing
• Proficiency in Autodesk BIM360, Bluebeam, Procore, and other design/construction management platforms
• Experience with Salesforce, SharePoint, or similar platforms (preferred)
• Ability to read, interpret, and verify multi-disciplinary drawings and specifications
• Experience working on engineering or data center construction projects (preferred)
