Senior Construction Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Construction Project Manager for the Federal Sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect and monitor on-site processes for compliance with construction drawings and code requirements
• Lead construction management and owner's representative duties across multiple projects
• Coordinate and monitor the completion of activities throughout all phases of the project life cycle

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in federal construction management or owner's representative services
• BA or BS degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field
• Experience as a construction project manager in federal construction projects
• Proficiency in industry project management software such as Microsoft Project and Primavera P6
• Experience in compiling and managing cost proposals and project financial management
