Senior Construction Scheduler

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Construction Scheduler to support multiple data center projects remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong client relationships while communicating project progress and recommendations
• Prepare and present project plans, schedules, and reports, including resource analyses and earned value systems
• Coordinate and review schedules with clients and contractors to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of construction planning and scheduling experience
• Bachelor's degree in construction engineering, engineering, project management, or a related technical field
• Highly proficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
• Experience in client-facing positions with a strong understanding of construction best practices
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel
