Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Consultant - Customer Success Portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with customers on the installation, integration, and deployment of software and/or SaaS solutions
  • Communicate technical and functional aspects of the solution and implementation to clients and partners
  • Deliver technical training to enable and educate customers and implementation partners


Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of professional experience in a technology company with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience
  • Experience setting up and installing software on Windows and Linux platforms
  • Database knowledge in Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, or MySQL
  • Experience with enterprise directories such as Microsoft Active Directory and LDAP
  • Familiarity with networking principles including SSL/TLS/HTTPS and basic TCP/IP troubleshooting
