Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their challenges and proposing methodologies
• Lead health data projects, ensuring the quality and accuracy of all deliverables
• Supervise and mentor Project Managers, overseeing project teams to achieve goals on time and within budget

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in health data or health policy project management
• At least two years of experience as a direct supervisor
• Recognized expertise in Multi Payer Claims Databases and Medicaid data
• Proven success in business development and project design
