Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Consultant to drive critical initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute Responsible AI and digital safety compliance reviews
• Manage compliance operations and support end-to-end workstream activities while mentoring junior team members
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and coordinate knowledge management initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional experience in process optimization, compliance, or data privacy-oriented work
• Exposure to Responsible AI, digital safety, or governance-driven reviews
• Experience in managing stakeholder expectations and leading client-facing conversations
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and learn new technologies quickly
• Consulting experience is highly preferred
