Senior Consultant

Job Summary

To support enterprise planning transformation, the full-time Senior Consultant will manage batch automation disruptions, validate and synthesize customer data, and ensure smooth operations of cloud-based solutions while working remotely from North Carolina.

Key responsibilities:

• Respond to and resolve batch automation disruptions to meet customer SLAs
• Validate, synthesize, and transform customer data for planning and analytics using SQL, SSIS, and Excel
• Monitor and analyze system performance data to improve operational efficiency

Required qualifications:

• Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Engineering Management, or Business Analytics
• 2 years of experience in a related role applying knowledge of IBPL and configuring UI workflows
• Proficiency in SQL, MDX, and TSQL
• Experience with statistical, optimization, and simulation tools such as R, SAS, and CPLEX
• Understanding of supply chain planning concepts including Demand Management and S&OP
