Job Summary

Leading the evolution of implementation methodology, the full-time Senior Consultant will manage multiple enterprise projects, ensuring smooth adoption of workforce management solutions while working in a hybrid environment in Bangalore or Pune, India.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and implement Agile standards for cloud delivery solutions during the implementation process
• Configure Legion products, assist with software testing, and deliver customer training to ensure successful adoption
• Define and manage customer expectations throughout the implementation phases, advocating for their needs within the organization

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software implementation and configuring Workforce Management solutions
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Highly motivated team player with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
• Exceptional relationship-building skills and polished communication abilities
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and expectations effectively
