Senior Consultant

Job Summary

To develop integrated solutions in human services domains, the full-time Senior Consultant will leverage Curam Business Application Suite (CBAS) to define requirements, lead Fit/Gap analysis sessions, and act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, with the option for up to 100% telecommuting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and define requirements through client interviews and workshops, utilizing Curam CBAS
• Lead Fit/Gap analysis sessions and design functional specifications to align business needs with platform functionality
• Plan and execute system testing activities, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and configuration accuracy

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Management, or related field
• Two (2) years of experience as a Curam Business Analyst, IT Consultant, or related role
• Experience with Curam Social Program Management (Curam SPM) and Application Lifecycle Management (AML) tools (RM and JIRA)
• Familiarity with Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN), ServiceNow, and Structured Query Language (SQL)
• Knowledge of Requirements Elicitation and Analysis Techniques (RET)
