Senior Consultant
Job Summary
Leading the refresh and revision of a five-year Directional Plan and Roadmap for a legislative customer, the full-time Senior Consultant will manage project work plans, facilitate stakeholder planning sessions, and produce actionable recommendations in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the project work plan, ensuring structured frameworks for tasks, deliverables, and resource allocation
- Design and facilitate stakeholder planning sessions, developing session guides and conducting environmental analyses
- Produce the Directional and Functional Analysis Report and revise the OCIO Directional Plan with strategic goals and objectives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Expert knowledge of IT strategic planning and organizational performance management
- Experience in developing strategic plans and key performance indicators for large organizations
- Proficiency in graphic design or visual communication for creating high-quality deliverables
- Availability to work between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday
