Senior Consultant
Job Summary
To support a growing Professional Services team, the remote Senior Consultant will lead requirements elicitation and documentation activities, facilitate stakeholder discussions, and configure enterprise software solutions to ensure successful project delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Lead structured requirements elicitation activities through workshops and interviews with customer stakeholders
- Document and validate functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring alignment across diverse stakeholder groups
- Perform system configuration and collaborate with technical teams to define and coordinate technical requirements
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in business analysis and requirements elicitation within complex implementation projects
- Hands-on experience configuring enterprise software solutions based on discovery requirements
- Experience developing and using business process flows to facilitate stakeholder alignment
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional technical teams
- Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to recommend practical, best-practice solutions
