Job Summary
To support the H2C Nuclear Leadership Academy, the part-time Senior Consultant will provide executive keynote speakers, develop leadership skills, and promote nuclear professionalism in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Provide executive keynote speakers for leadership development
- Develop leadership skills in participants and enhance safety culture
- Encourage collaboration and high-reliability performance among leadership professionals
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 25+ years of related experience, particularly in nuclear programs/facilities
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and experience with Government programs and standards
- Ability to pass a federal background investigation and meet security clearance requirements
- U.S. Citizenship is required due to federal contract security requirements
