Senior Consultant

Job Summary

Leading the evolution of implementation methodology, the hybrid Senior Consultant will manage multiple enterprise projects, configure and deliver workforce management solutions, and provide customer training to ensure successful adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and implement Agile standards within the Legion Implementation Methodology
• Oversee the configuration and testing of Legion products while managing customer expectations throughout the implementation process
• Deliver live training sessions and facilitate discussions to enhance customer engagement and solution adoption

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software implementation and configuring Workforce Management solutions
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities in English
• Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
