Senior Consultant

Job Summary

Leading project delivery for clinical and regulatory consulting engagements, the remote Senior Consultant will integrate multiple workstreams into cohesive outputs, manage mid-level client relationships, and contribute to business growth through proposal development and account expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Lead assigned engagements from kickoff to final delivery, ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines
• Synthesize complex data into clear, actionable narratives and recommendations while maintaining rigorous quality control across project outputs
• Oversee project budgets and scope to ensure profitable delivery, while proactively managing client expectations and addressing issues early

Required qualifications

• PhD in a relevant discipline such as life sciences, biomedical sciences, or public health
• 4-7 years of relevant experience in life sciences consulting or within pharma/biotech environments
• Proven ability to lead project delivery and manage complex analyses
• Strong client relationship capabilities, including managing mid-level stakeholder relationships
• Demonstrated experience in proposal development and contributing to account expansion
