Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Consultant in Academic Executive Search.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue retained executive search engagements and advisory solutions for academic medical centers and health systems
• Lead and execute full cycle executive searches, including candidate assessment and offer negotiation
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships and provide market intelligence on executive talent trends

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree with 5-7 years of experience in Academic Executive Search and business development, or a High School Diploma/GED with 7-9 years of relevant experience
• Preferred experience in executive search within academic medicine, healthcare, or higher education
• Direct experience recruiting C-suite, physician, and senior academic leaders
• Proven track record working with large academic medical centers or teaching hospitals
