Senior Consultant, Advisory Services

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Senior Consultant, Advisory Services will partner with sales teams to close deals by scoping implementations, defining solution architecture, and ensuring a seamless transition to delivery while working in a hybrid remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Executives on discovery calls and presentations to articulate implementation plans and build trust with prospects
• Lead scoping conversations to estimate effort, cost, and timelines for software implementations while documenting assumptions and dependencies
• Design high-level solution architecture and define implementation milestones, ensuring a smooth handoff to the delivery team post-sale

Required qualifications

• 5-7+ years in professional services, solution consulting, or a related customer-facing role at a SaaS company
• Experience in scoping and estimating software implementation projects, including effort, cost, and timeline
• Strong understanding of SaaS architecture, configuration, customization, and integration with other systems
• Excellent discovery and requirements-gathering skills
• Confident communication and presentation skills for both technical and business audiences
