Senior Consultant - Agentic Operations

Job Summary

To support a team focused on optimizing middle and back-office operations, the remote Senior Consultant - Agentic Operations will identify transformation opportunities, develop business cases, and drive the implementation of AI-enabled solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete in-depth analysis of current state to identify transformation opportunities across organizational design and technology architecture
• Translate business challenges into scalable AI-enabled solutions and lead pilots and implementations with technology teams and stakeholders
• Support design and implementation of change management strategies to ensure successful adoption and measure value realization

Required Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in management/operations consulting, technology consulting, or agentic transformation
• Strong skills in business case development, modeling, and stakeholder management
• Ability to engage across organizational design, technical architecture, and agentic AI implementation
