Senior Consultant - AI Evaluation

Job Summary

To support the launch of a Management Consulting domain, the part-time Senior Consultant - AI Evaluation will build realistic consulting project environments, design structured tasks for AI agents, and define evaluation criteria, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Build realistic consulting project environments by creating detailed scenarios based on real engagement dynamics
• Design structured consulting tasks for AI agents that reflect actual consulting work, such as market sizing and cost optimization
• Define evaluation criteria and quality standards for grading frameworks and rubrics used to train AI systems

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain)
• Hands-on project experience in structuring ambiguous client problems into analytical plans
• Proficiency in producing client-ready deliverables under time pressure
• Ability to translate vague problems into clear analytical steps and deliverables
• Strong written English skills (B2+ level)
