Senior Consultant - AI Workforce

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Consultant specializing in AI Workforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio for business processes
• Translate business workflows into autonomous agents using low-code/no-code tools
• Integrate Copilot solutions with enterprise systems and support internal teams in governance and lifecycle management

Required Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in enterprise automation, digital transformation, or AI-enabled consulting
• Direct experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio or similar low-code AI platforms
• 3-5 years of BI experience, including knowledge of ETL, SQL, and data visualization best practices
• Solid understanding of semantic layers and Microsoft 365 security/compliance
• Experience facilitating automation/AI discovery and prioritization sessions with stakeholders
