Senior Consultant - BI/Databricks

Job Summary

To support a growing demand for business intelligence solutions, the remote Senior Consultant - BI/Databricks will manage Power BI services, develop data pipelines, and implement advanced security measures while working on a one-year contract basis.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage Power BI dashboards, paginated reports, and gateway server management
• Design and support data pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Azure Databricks, alongside SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
• Implement advanced Row-Level Security (RLS) and Object Level Security (OLS) for Power BI dashboards and reports

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an IT-related or Engineering field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum five years of experience in Power BI and Azure environments
• At least three years of experience designing and developing Power BI paginated reports
• Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, and data warehouse solutions
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps, Git/GitHub, and programming languages such as Python and C#
