Senior Consultant - Business Implementation

Job Summary

Managing complex, high-risk projects remotely, the part-time Senior Consultant - Business Implementation will oversee project management lifecycle phases, implement delivery methodologies, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational readiness and successful delivery of new capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Directs and manages all phases of the project management lifecycle for complex projects, including those involving external vendors
• Implements tools and methodologies for managing project scope, schedules, risks, and resources across Agile and waterfall projects
• Evaluates project options and makes recommendations to resolve issues while ensuring alignment with corporate objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, management, finance, or engineering; Master's degree preferred
• 8-10 years of progressively responsible project management experience, particularly in high-risk, cross-functional projects
• PMP certification is a plus
• Experience in a healthcare environment and technical project management preferred
• Proven ability to lead in a matrix-management environment and coach project managers
