Key Responsibilities
  • Provide subject matter expertise on complex projects related to Group Protection Underwriting systems
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency
  • Research and analyze performance data to support business process improvements
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in Business Process Improvement and project management
  • Proficiency in Underwriting systems and tools, specifically Quest and UWWB platforms
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel; VBA coding is a plus
  • Understanding of Agile IT development methodology
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of a degree)
