Senior Consultant, Change Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Consultant, Agentic Change Enablement to lead high-impact transformations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply structured change management methodologies to design tailored strategies for AI and Workspace transformations
• Engage with senior leaders and manage resistance to AI while building networks to amplify adoption
• Develop training programs and facilitate workshops to promote competency in agentic solutions

Required Qualifications:

• 3-6+ years in organizational change management or management consulting focused on enterprise-scale technology programs
• Proven proficiency with change management frameworks; Prosci (ADKAR) certification preferred
• Experience supporting cloud or SaaS adoption programs (Google Workspace, Google Cloud, or equivalent)
• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related field
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities with experience influencing across complex organizations
