Senior Consultant, Change Management

Job Summary

To lead high-impact transformations, the full-time Senior Consultant, Change Management will engage with client project teams remotely, applying structured change management methodologies to ensure employee readiness and adoption of new technologies powered by Google Cloud and Gemini.

Key responsibilities

• Apply change management frameworks to design strategies for AI and Workspace transformations, including conducting workshops and impact analyses
• Engage with senior leaders to coach them on change leadership, manage resistance, and build networks of change champions
• Develop training programs and narratives that promote AI-driven efficiencies and facilitate workshops to enhance stakeholder engagement

Required qualifications

• 3-6+ years of experience in organizational change management or management consulting focused on enterprise technology programs
• Proficiency with change management frameworks, with a strong preference for Prosci (ADKAR) certification
• Experience in cloud or SaaS adoption programs, particularly with Google Workspace or Google Cloud
• Exceptional narrative crafting and presentation skills for diverse audiences, including C-suite executives
• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related field
