Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective retention strategies to minimize churn and enhance customer loyalty
  • Design and oversee promotional campaigns to incentivize retention efforts among customer care and retention agents
  • Analyze customer data and market trends to identify retention opportunities and inform strategic decisions
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of five years of experience in a customer retention role, preferably in telecommunications or broadband
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful customer retention programs
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM software
  • College degree and 8+ years professional level experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
