Job Summary

A company is looking for a SSAM Large Market Senior Consultant I.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify areas of opportunity and provide feedback to management for improvements
• Partner with Sales Lead to provide customer updates and broker feedback impacting sales effectiveness
• Maintain reporting and records for all assigned accounts to ensure transparency and accurate recordkeeping

Required Qualifications

• 4 year Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
• 3 or more years of relevant experience (Preferred)
• Ability to apply industry knowledge and critical thinking to provide compliant services
• Experience in developing project plans and proactive client management
• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage accounts
