Job Summary
Managing the most complex and high-exposure specialized claims, the full-time Senior Consultant Claims Management will provide strategic oversight and expert guidance while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, with the flexibility to work fully remote or from claims office locations.
Key responsibilities
- Independently manage high-severity claims with significant financial exposure, including sensitive investigations and litigated matters
- Collaborate with legal counsel and internal stakeholders to resolve high-profile cases and shape claims strategy
- Serve as a subject matter expert, supporting departmental initiatives, projects, and policy development
Required qualifications
- Extensive experience in claims management, particularly in specialized lines such as Accountants Professional Liability
- Proven ability to handle complex, high-severity claims with a focus on litigation strategies
- Strong background in collaborating with legal counsel and managing litigation processes
- Experience in drafting and issuing reservation of rights and coverage letters
- Demonstrated expertise in developing solutions for complex claims and leading negotiation protocols
