Senior Consultant, Client Services
Job Summary
Supporting the technical design and delivery of Experience Management solutions, the remote Senior Consultant, Client Services will collect customer requirements, configure the Medallia platform, and assist in QA and launch processes to ensure successful outcomes for clients.
Key responsibilities
- Collect customer requirements and create technical specifications
- Configure the Medallia platform to meet customer requirements
- Support QA, client UAT, and launch processes
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience managing and retaining clients while leveraging software
- BA/BS degree with evidence of technical experience or equivalent work experience
- Exposure to common web technologies such as JavaScript, XML, HTML, and CSS
- Understanding of common security concepts and standards (SSO, SAML, OAuth, etc.)
- Experience in industries such as Software, Hospitality, Financial Services, Automotive, B2B, or Retail
