Senior Consultant, Client Success

Job Summary

To support the Client Success team, the full-time Senior Consultant, Client Success will deliver high-quality media insights, manage client relationships, and mentor junior team members while working remotely from Spain.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class media insights and ensure client deliverables meet quality standards
• Support profitable revenue growth by managing client relationships and cross-selling services
• Foster collaboration within the team and mentor junior members through coaching and development

Required Qualifications

• At least 4 years of relevant experience in media
• Strong track record of client delivery and meeting expectations
• Proficiency in using data for storytelling and client presentations
• Experience with project management tools, preferably Asana
• Ability to navigate client internal politics and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
