Senior Consultant - Clinical Support

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare technology initiative, the full-time salaried Senior Consultant - Clinical Support will leverage expertise in EHR solutions to align workflows with technology, mentor team members, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design requirements and execute delivery roadmaps.

Key responsibilities

• Understand and articulate product functionality and related workflows
• Collaborate with customers and project teams to define product design and configuration
• Lead meetings and sessions with clients to complete project tasks and mitigate risks

Required qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree or 7 equivalent years of related experience
• 7+ years of experience with Oracle Health (Cerner Millennium) EHR applications
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills with a proactive approach
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry and major workflows associated with Oracle Health EHR solutions
• Proven ability to coordinate and collaborate across multiple teams or departments
