Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Consultant, Continuous Improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and optimize Continuous Improvement software and services for clients, focusing on cost reduction and quality improvement
• Collaborate with clients to define business and technical requirements, ensuring effective software utilization and user adoption
• Measure and communicate outcomes of software implementations, providing ongoing support and training to clients

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in healthcare consulting, healthcare finance, or a comparable role
• Understanding of financial concepts and/or clinical workflows
• Experience with project management and data analysis
• Lean/Six Sigma certification (e.g., Green or Black Belt) is preferred
• Professional background in SQL and relational database concepts is a plus
