Job Summary

To drive customer-centric strategies, the full-time Senior Consultant, Customer Insights will activate Voice of the Customer insights, collaborate with business leaders, and implement innovative methodologies to enhance customer experience, working in a hybrid model from the Columbus, OH campus or remotely.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develops solutions for continuous positive customer experiences by providing intelligence and insights to associates and partners
  • Collaborates with Finance and Strategy to identify and report metrics related to customer experience initiatives
  • Leads analysis of qualitative and quantitative customer feedback to identify themes and insights that drive actionable improvements
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Eight or more years of experience delivering impactful customer insights
  • Experience with human-centered design and innovation frameworks
  • Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative research tools
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously
