Job Summary
To drive customer-centric strategies, the full-time Senior Consultant, Customer Insights will activate Voice of the Customer insights, collaborate with business leaders, and implement innovative methodologies to enhance customer experience, working in a hybrid model from the Columbus, OH campus or remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develops solutions for continuous positive customer experiences by providing intelligence and insights to associates and partners
- Collaborates with Finance and Strategy to identify and report metrics related to customer experience initiatives
- Leads analysis of qualitative and quantitative customer feedback to identify themes and insights that drive actionable improvements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Eight or more years of experience delivering impactful customer insights
- Experience with human-centered design and innovation frameworks
- Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative research tools
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously
