A company is looking for a Senior Consultant Customer Transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic projects and translate business objectives into customer-centric strategies across the entire customer journey
- Manage stakeholder relationships and coach junior consultants to enhance project outcomes
- Develop and implement innovative solutions that deliver value for both customers and organizations
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business, Innovation, Transformation, Marketing, Design, Data, or AI
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in CX strategy, service design, or digital transformation
- Experience in consultancy or leading agencies is preferred
- Familiarity with methodologies such as Agile, Design Thinking, or Service Blueprinting
- Proficient in both English and Dutch, with strong analytical skills
