Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Consultant Customer Transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic projects and translate business objectives into customer-centric strategies across the entire customer journey
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and coach junior consultants to enhance project outcomes
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions that deliver value for both customers and organizations
Required Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Business, Innovation, Transformation, Marketing, Design, Data, or AI
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in CX strategy, service design, or digital transformation
  • Experience in consultancy or leading agencies is preferred
  • Familiarity with methodologies such as Agile, Design Thinking, or Service Blueprinting
  • Proficient in both English and Dutch, with strong analytical skills
