Job Summary
Working primarily remotely, the full-time Senior Consultant, Digital Health will provide EHR build and technical expertise in a customer-facing role, collaborating with internal leadership and EHR architects to design and deliver solutions for healthcare provider clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing EHR build and technical subject matter expertise in a customer-facing role
- Collaborating with internal leadership and EHR architects on solution design and delivery
- Eliciting customer requirements and documenting technical and business requirements for implementing customer products within provider systems
Required Qualifications
- Multiple active Epic certifications; revenue cycle and patient access currently preferred
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare industry solution delivery required
- Demonstrated experience in EHR workflow creation or leveraging integrated external data
- Proven ability to lead complicated projects utilizing Agile principles
