Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Consultant, Digital Workspace.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute change management strategies to support technological changes
- Provide thought leadership and guidance to assist clients in overcoming migration challenges
- Design and deliver communication and training plans to ensure stakeholder engagement and technology adoption
Required Qualifications
- Experience with ADKAR methodologies and other OCM frameworks
- Experience with large-scale technology migration projects
- Familiarity with Agile, KANBAN, and SCRUM project management methodologies
- Familiarity with Jira and Miro collaboration tools
- Prosci certification or similar change management certification is a plus
