Senior Consultant D&O Claims

Job Summary

Managing the most complex and high-exposure specialized claims, the full-time Senior Consultant D&O Claims will provide strategic oversight and expert guidance in areas such as Directors & Officers Liability and Employment Practices Liability while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage high-severity claims with significant financial exposure, including sensitive investigations and litigated matters
• Collaborate with legal counsel and internal stakeholders to shape claims strategy and resolve high-profile cases
• Serve as a subject matter expert, supporting departmental initiatives, projects, and policy development

Required qualifications

• Extensive experience in managing complex claims, particularly in D&O and related liability areas
• Strong background in litigation strategy development and execution
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with legal counsel and internal teams
• Experience in drafting coverage letters and interpreting policy language
• Expertise in conducting investigations and negotiating resolutions for high-exposure claims
