Senior Consultant - ELM

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate Consultant, ELM.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project lifecycle by facilitating requirements gathering, preparing documentation, and implementing solutions
• Conduct client business process reviews and transform business requirements into technical requirements and designs
• Draft project deliverables, administer system testing, and manage project scope, schedules, and client expectations

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 3+ years of relevant experience in the legal or consulting industry
• 3+ years of experience in legal technology, particularly with ELM/eBilling and Matter Management tools
• Four-year degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related fields, or equivalent experience
• Understanding of the implementation process, including requirement analysis and change management
• Project management experience, including managing tasks and resources on technology implementation projects
