Senior Consultant - ELM

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate Consultant, ELM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate requirements gathering, prepare documentation, and implement solutions for legal technology projects
• Support client business process reviews and transform business requirements into technical specifications
• Draft project deliverables, manage project scope and timelines, and maintain client relationships

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

• 3+ years of experience in the legal or consulting industry
• 3+ years of experience with legal technology, including ELM/eBilling and Matter Management tools
• Four-year degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Understanding of the implementation process, including requirement analysis and change management
• Project management experience with a focus on technology implementation projects
