Senior Consultant - ELM

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Senior Consultant - ELM will lead requirements gathering and analysis, execute legal technology best practices, and facilitate the selection and implementation of legal technology systems while working remotely from anywhere in the US or Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate requirements gathering, prepare documentation, and implement identified solutions for legal technology projects
• Support client business process reviews, transforming business requirements into technical requirements and designs
• Draft project deliverables, manage project scope, and maintain client relationships throughout the project lifecycle

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in the legal or consulting industry, including legal technology assessments and implementations
• Experience with ELM/eBilling, Matter Management, and related legal technology systems, including data migration and integration workstreams
• A four-year degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Business, or Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• Understanding of the implementation process, including requirement analysis, design, and change management
• Project management experience, including managing tasks, resources, and financials on technology implementation projects
