Job Summary
Senior Consultant, Executive Compensation, is a full-time position focused on developing executive compensation materials, leading proxy statement development, and conducting job benchmarking and pricing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Executive Compensation Committee materials and decision-ready presentations
- Lead the development of proxy statements and coordinate data validation
- Design short-term and long-term incentive programs and conduct market analyses
Required Qualifications
- Experience in executive compensation and proxy development
- Strong analytical and modeling skills with complex data sets
- Knowledge of incentive compensation design and job benchmarking
- Familiarity with Workday or similar HRIS platforms
- Background in consulting with a focus on SDLC and project management
