Job Summary

Senior Consultant, Executive Compensation, is a full-time position focused on developing executive compensation materials, leading proxy statement development, and conducting job benchmarking and pricing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Executive Compensation Committee materials and decision-ready presentations
  • Lead the development of proxy statements and coordinate data validation
  • Design short-term and long-term incentive programs and conduct market analyses
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in executive compensation and proxy development
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills with complex data sets
  • Knowledge of incentive compensation design and job benchmarking
  • Familiarity with Workday or similar HRIS platforms
  • Background in consulting with a focus on SDLC and project management
