Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Senior Consultant, Executive Compensation, who will develop executive compensation committee materials, lead proxy statement development, and conduct job benchmarking and pricing in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop Executive Compensation Committee materials, including decision-ready presentations on program design and governance updates
- Lead the drafting and coordination of proxy statements, ensuring accurate data and compliance with disclosures
- Conduct executive job benchmarking and pricing analyses to recommend competitive pay structures and incentive programs
Required qualifications
- Experience in executive compensation, proxy development, and Compensation Committee support
- Strong analytical and modeling skills with complex data sets
- Knowledge of short-term and long-term incentive compensation design
- Familiarity with Workday or similar HRIS platforms
- Background in Technology or Financial Services consulting, including project management and process improvement
