Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in consulting on health and welfare benefits for large employers
• Strong knowledge of health benefits ecosystem and experience with claims data analysis
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and adapt to fast-paced environments
• Life & Health Insurance License required
