Senior Consultant, Healthcare Improvement

Job Summary

To support the Performance Improvement Practice, the full-time Senior Consultant, Healthcare Improvement will implement advisory solutions, create complex analytical models, and facilitate client engagements while working remotely with minimal travel requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with team members to implement advisory solutions and demonstrate their value throughout client engagements
• Develop and maintain project management artifacts, including workplans and status reports
• Create detailed financial analyses, statistical reports, and visualizations for internal and client review

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's degree preferred
• 4+ years of experience in the healthcare industry, including roles in Nursing, Clinical Informatics, or Epic implementations
• Epic Certification in Orders, with preference for multiple clinical or reporting application certifications
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Office products and familiarity with analytical tools like PowerBI or Tableau
• Demonstrated creativity and critical thinking in solving complex healthcare problems
