Senior Consultant Healthcare Transformation

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Consultant for the Veterans Health Administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to client leadership and VHA stakeholders, providing practical, mission-focused support
• Plan, manage, and execute enterprise-level healthcare transformation initiatives from concept through implementation
• Lead and contribute to multiple concurrent projects, establishing structure, scope, and execution plans

Required Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of experience in management consulting, healthcare transformation, or federal health programs
• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred
• Preferred certifications include PMP, Prosci, Lean, and Human-Centered Design, or similar
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)
• Demonstrated experience supporting Veterans Health Administration or federal healthcare initiatives strongly preferred
