Job Summary
To provide senior-level program governance and healthcare transformation expertise, the remote Senior Consultant - Healthcare Transformation will design governance structures, lead organizational redesign efforts, and support complex healthcare initiatives for the Department of Veterans Affairs.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and improve governance structures, decision rights, and operating rhythms
- Lead current-state and future-state operating model assessments while facilitating senior-level governance meetings
- Develop transition plans, implementation roadmaps, and performance-management frameworks
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in program management, management consulting, or healthcare transformation
- Experience in designing or managing governance structures for complex programs
- Demonstrated executive-level stakeholder management experience
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- PMP or equivalent program-management credential preferred
