Senior Consultant - Healthworx Accelerator

Job Summary

To support healthcare innovation, the full-time salaried Senior Consultant - Healthworx Accelerator will develop strategic visions, manage partnerships within the healthcare ecosystem, and oversee program operations in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic vision and operating model for the Healthworx Accelerator
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders in the innovation ecosystem, including venture capital firms and health systems
• Manage program budget, operations, and continuous improvement initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (4 additional years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree)
• 10 years of experience in business development, operational technology support, or consulting
• Experience working with start-ups and payer partnerships
• Strong project management skills in both corporate and start-up environments
• Healthcare expertise to identify opportunities and risks in business models
